From innovative startups to beloved local favorites, these lesbian-owned businesses are changing how Atlanta and Georgia see queer women who connect generations, inspire community action, and lead with purpose. OUT Georgia Business Alliance proudly serves as Georgia’s only LGBTQIA+ Chamber of Commerce. Founded in 1994, OGBA represents 450+ Members across Georgia with a commitment to economic equity, access, opportunity, growth, empowerment, and prosperity.
DID YOU KNOW: In 1982, a group of Atlanta-based lesbians started the networking organization called 4th Tuesday, which went on to organize the Atlanta Gay & Lesbian Business Expo in 1988, establish the Atlanta Executive Network (now MAAP) in 1992, and create the Greater Atlanta Business Coalition (now OUT Georgia) in 1994.
